The client wanted a resort feeling every time they stepped outside. The finished project combines a custom pool, TopFire fire bowls, Bobé fire-and-water features, Absolute Black leather-finish granite coping, Marmiro Afyon Cloud marble, a pavilion wet bar, Alfresco grill, Wolf cabinets, SunBrite TV, Infratech heat, Sonos + Sonance and Brilliance / Hunter FX color lighting.
The homeowner wanted the pavilion and kitchen to be the visual destination from the pool. The 3D design established the view first, then the finished project brought it to life with a custom rain curtain, Tempest Torch fire features, pool and spa, Firegear fire pit, Nicolock Wetcast Marble Blend stone, Trex decking and Brilliance lighting.
We built a large CMU retaining wall faced in travertine, raised the grade, then created a VersaCourt multi-game court with a putting green and batting cage alongside it.
A custom pavilion now covers a full outdoor kitchen and Montego fireplace with Fiberon cladding, Summerset TRL 38 grill, kegerator, refrigerator, sink, 55-inch SunBrite Veranda TV and integrated Sonos audio.
The existing east-west tennis layout was rethought for pickleball. Damaged asphalt was saw-cut and repaired with the RiteWay Patch System, then finished in DecoTurf blue, light blue and medium green with new lighting, fence repairs, nets and a ball machine.
A new concrete base supports pickleball and basketball. The black and light grey SealMaster finish was selected to match the patios and the larger landscape design rather than making the court look like an isolated feature.
