Three dedicated residential pickleball courts in Melville Long Island
PICKLEBALL + MULTI-SPORT COURTS

BUILD THE COURT RIGHT.

Residential and commercial court planning across Long Island — from layout and base work through surfacing, fencing, lighting, nets and equipment.

COURT DESIGN + CONSTRUCTION

MORE THAN PAINT AND LINES.

A court has to work as a complete system. Orientation, useable run-off, drainage, the base, surface condition, fencing, lighting and equipment all affect how the finished court plays and how it fits the property.

We plan the court around the site first — then build the surface, details and equipment around that plan.

REAL LONG ISLAND PROJECT / MELVILLE

ONE TENNIS COURT. THREE PICKLEBALL COURTS.

The property already had a residential tennis court, but its east-to-west layout was not the direction we wanted for the new pickleball use. We redesigned the playing orientation and created three dedicated courts with comfortable space between them.

THE SCOPE

REPAIR IT. REORIENT IT. REBUILD THE EXPERIENCE.

Before new color went down, damaged areas of the asphalt court were saw-cut and repaired using the RiteWay Patch System. We also handled the lighting and fence work, then finished the courts in DecoTurf blue, light blue and medium green.

COMMON QUESTIONS
Can you convert my tennis court to pickleball?

Yes. We first review the available dimensions, orientation, condition of the base, fencing and drainage, then plan the most practical dedicated pickleball layout.

Can you repair cracks and damaged asphalt?

Yes. The repair approach depends on what is failing. On the Melville project, damaged areas were saw-cut and patched before the new surface system was installed.

Do you do lighting and fencing too?

Yes. Lighting, fencing, gates, nets and related equipment can be included so the project is coordinated as one court build.

Do you build commercial courts?

Yes. Residential and commercial work can include single courts, multiple courts and multi-use recreation spaces.

Where can I see pickleball products?

Visit our Showroom & Retail Center at 560 Walt Whitman Road, Suite 3 in Melville.
