From plan to finished property.
The design became the roadmap for the finished backyard while the waterfront remained open and visible.

The client wanted a complete outdoor experience — and a TV — without giving up the waterfront view that made the property special. So the entire backyard was designed around preserving it.
Pool and spa. Natural-stone waterfalls. Fire features. Outdoor kitchen. Pergola. Landscape lighting. Multiple entertaining areas. Every element was positioned to make the backyard more usable without taking away from the waterfront.

The rendering established the complete layout before construction — pool, pergola, outdoor kitchen, circulation, planting, seating and the waterfront edge. The finished aerial shows how closely the built property follows that vision.

A permanent television would have interrupted the waterfront view. So instead of asking the client to choose between entertainment and the scenery, we designed a solution that gives them both.

The spaces change character from daylight to sunset without losing the connection to the water. Fire, landscape lighting and illuminated waterfalls add another layer after dark.

Even with a pool, spa, waterfalls, fire, outdoor cooking and entertainment, the eye still travels through the backyard to the water. That was the point.

The completion video is the final payoff: the pool, spa, water, fire, outdoor living areas, landscaping and waterfront working as one environment.
