FROM ONE TENNIS COURT TO THREE PICKLEBALL COURTS.
A complete residential court conversion: re-planned orientation, asphalt repair, resurfacing, fencing, lighting and equipment.
THE EXISTING SPACE HAD MORE POTENTIAL.
The property had one tennis court running east-to-west. For the new pickleball use, we changed the playing orientation and planned three dedicated courts with room between them instead of simply painting additional lines on the old layout.
The goal was not just to fit three courts. It was to make the entire existing court area work better for pickleball.

Surface preparation was a major part of this conversion. Damaged asphalt areas were saw-cut and repaired using the RiteWay Patch System before the color and new pickleball lines went down.

The completed project included the new color system, repaired fencing, lighting work, portable nets and a Titan ball machine — turning the former tennis footprint into a three-court residential pickleball setup.
