THE COURT WAS DESIGNED TO MATCH THE PROPERTY.
DIX HILLS, LONG ISLAND / MULTI-SPORT COURT CASE STUDY

THE COURT WAS DESIGNED TO MATCH THE PROPERTY.

A new concrete-base court with pickleball and basketball markings, finished in a black and light gray palette selected to coordinate with the patios and the rest of the property.

THE PROJECT

THE COURT WAS PART OF THE ARCHITECTURE — NOT AN AFTERTHOUGHT.

The homeowners wanted a dedicated recreation space without introducing a bright, disconnected color palette. We built the new concrete base, laid out pickleball and basketball play, and used black and light gray SealMaster colors to echo the surrounding hardscape.

3D VIRTUAL DESIGN → FINISHED BUILD

DESIGN THE EXPERIENCE BEFORE CONSTRUCTION.

Our design process lets the client understand layout, relationships and major materials before the build begins — then the field work turns that plan into a real outdoor environment.

THE RESULT

A SPORTS COURT THAT DOESN’T LOOK DROPPED INTO THE YARD.

The muted black-and-gray palette lets the recreation area feel intentional beside the landscaping, retaining walls and patios while still delivering a dedicated place to play.
